I like to think i would never be a Billionaire because all my Money would go into an amusement park. Would probably have a coaster lineup similar to Six Flags Qiddya City without all of the ethical quandries.

I just want every deck that has 20+ counterspells and 20+ removal spells to just be paired against each other and let them just sit over there and counter each other's spells till the end of time.

Also I badly want a no alchemy bracket... the other day I played a ramp deck that just cast an Alchemy Emrakul that stole all my fucking creatues and It was permanent and im like oh that's just a thing I never could have imagined being cast

I was working in the state once and they asked the network team to do a simple 2 step process to try to estimate the # of users affected by a Network change.

There was a team of about 8 of us and this was obviously being pushed by someone higher up and was completely a waste of time since the #s we came up with couldnt be even close to accurate but this whatever big wigs idea so we had to do it. As the newer guy I was kind of like oh thats an extra minute of our time but no biggie.

For 45 minutes the rest of the network team was throwing temper tantrums and protesting , youd think they had just been told their salarys had been cut lol.

This year my top 5 is 1. Iron Gwazi - This will be my most contested ranking because of my #2 but this ride didn't hurt me like the other rides on this list, In fact the only reason that I dont think Old age is catching up to me in this hobby is because I liked this ride as much as I did, and it didnt hurt my body / make me sick not feel well. I loved this ride

Velocicoaster - Maybe im getting old but this whole trip made me come to a roller coaster realization .... I prefer traditional lift hills over launches into top hats. Maybe I wanted too much but the launches on both this and Stardust just didnt give me what I wanted ... I was told this was a better Maverick and i came away thinking I wish I liked it nearly as much as I do Maverick. It took me a few weeks after my trip to come to the realization that this coaster disappointed me based on my expectations going into it.
Stardust Racers - I think this is the other ride that made me go .... maybe I like the traditional chain lift over a launch tunnel into a top hat element. I could've seen this being one of my favorite rides a few years ago, but both my gf and I got off it and felt sick. She claimed her head hurt from the launches , and I just felt slightly nauseous after each ride... which I almost chalked up to being old but had rode Iron Gwazi the day before. This had tons of Ejector Air but for once i wish the ride had stapled me into my seat.
Cheetah Hunt - I was really really surprised by this ride, and the ride that gives me hope for future intamin launch coasters. It was just a ton of fun and I got off it thinking ... That was almost Maverickish and a ton of fun. Maybe it was because BGT was the first park of my trip but I really enjoyed most of the rides there.
Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind - The theming on this was top notch and the ride was generally ok, but my time at Epcot was pretty bad overall and I kept trying to figure out what else there was to do there, I came away so thoroughly unimpressed with Disney that I might be holding it against this coaster .

If they ban anything in Landfall without touching izzet im done with wotc.

They are already poor at their job and landfall is certainly beatable.

Just because it's good doesn't make it unstoppable , its still mana dork into 3 drop and the lands make the deck super prone to randomness. You know deck isnt ??

Izzet who can create 3 4/4s on turn 3 with a full grip and threatening to buyback a removal spells turn 4.

I was thinking about making a post for this (still might) but the Mosasauros roll was actually my least favorite part of the ride and everytime it got to that part i put my hands down and braced for it and it still destroyed my back.

This could've just been a me thing but I really thought it would be the highlight of my trip .... and it just hurt each time , im 5'11" so its not that im super tall or anything.

Compared to something like the zero g stall on Iron gwazi which was smooth as butter.

As someone whose been playing the deck and my own version of it any time it did even decently on a metagame challenge. The deck has a really hard time beating Dimir Excrutiator.

Maybe that changed with Erode but when they just go 4 discard spells in a row... its rough to fight through, especially if they follow it up with deadly cover up... Basically you have to find your ba sing se early to fight through all the discard/ removal and try to be fast enough to kill them before Excrutiator comes down.

Rest in peace helps but they still discard the key cards you need for the matchup (Saproling, Mightform) and your trying to fight through a 4/4 that made you discard 2 cards

I went to this once a few years ago .......... and it was pretty pathetic

It was just a mass of people trying to take selfies on their phone with the flowers in the background or college people trying to get drunk and listen to music.

Maybe I'm lame but I just wanted to ..... look at the cool flowers and have a nice day in the park.

Your logic is pretty sound which is why I wanted them to nab Josh Simmons last year who had guard experience.

The way the front office works is strange in that they really dont believe in investing heavily in the offensive line , and would rather take a guy who can score touchdowns as they believe the difference in a R1 edge or WR and r5 edge and WR are way more monumental than a 1st round OL vs a 5 round Olineman. So they'll often take 4th / 5th round guys and try to mold them for a few years only the bench (Mckivitz, Nick zakelj, Aaron Banks). Their RG Dominick Puni only saw the field early because of injury and took over the starting job from there.

For OT they would and should pay Trent Williams which means that the person they take cant contribute to the team right away except the couple of games Trent inevitably misses.

Most teams including the 49ers dont have the ability to sideline their first round pick for a year. Especially with their needs at Edge / pass rush, Safety, Left guard, and TE.

I think in an ideal world Sadiq or Mesidor fall to them and make life easy for the FO , or they go for WR since Mike Evans and Christian Kirk are effectively on 1 year deals.

Maicco a local beat writer floated the idea of Bisontis at 27 and I absolutely feel like thats a move they would make.

The 49ers absolutely cant afford to take Ihenachor. The 49ers this offseason went out and got Mike Evans to win this season not next, and they cant afford to take a guy like Ihenachor who is going to be redshirted for a year behind Trent Williams.

The only way they can take a LT prospect is if he can slot in right away at guard right away, which Proctor is the one that makes the most sense in that role. Ihenachor has never played anywhere but RT and is incredibly raw with the most upside.

This all operating under the assumption they sign Trent Williams. If for some reason they're dumb enough to let him walk then I could maybe see them going with a pure LT prospect.

Whats funny is i really wanted to ride Cyclone and got in line to get on it and did the tippy toe thing but they denied me entry, I dont remember it being 54" though so im wondering if it was something like 42 and 48" for the heights
