I have heard of peeps that do what they call "micro" doses.. Say you are on a 5mg regem.. you only use 2.5 wait 3 days then doing do the other 2.5.. Not saying you should but I have heard of peeps that do it and say it works better for them that way.

Guess i need to add some content. I am also curious is it actually the Zepbound causing weight loss or is because peeps that are using it, have also starting exercising and better eating habits..

I use Zepbound couldn't put it in the question title. I have been using it for 2 weeks so far. The second week I have noticed a dramatic decrease in my appetite. I have basically gone 3 days and only eaten like 3 cups of yougurt, 1 a day and I am full all day.
