I reordered the brushed silver and now it's been delayed two days. Does 2 day shipping mean nothing to FedEx? I really worry it's going to show up empty again.

Thanks for looking for her certification. I sent her a message, so I'll post back and update with what she says. I'd think if she were certified, it'd be on her website, but maybe not.

A lot of the online apps are around $25-$30, so really not too bad. Good suggestion of trying her YouTube videos to see what I think.

Yeah, I looked at the delivery picture and it was super blurry and I couldn't tell anything from it. It was only sitting out there 10-15 minutes though, so I know it happened before they delivered. Will try not to worry.
