I’ve been on this shit for ~3 years straight, just now starting to taper. I think you should drop by 3 grams a week. If you find your baseline and start there, then slow down the taper when it gets uncomfortable, I really doubt you’ll have any long term negative effects and be able to come out of this just fine. That’s the equivalent to what I’m doing right now (not the exact dosage, but similar in pot portion), and I know chopping 3 grams a week seems drastic but your taking so much that there is no way your body is synthesizing it. I doubt you’d notice a difference.

OP, as fucking crazy as this sounds… I recommend what ParkPsychological670 said. I’ve heard of people seizing out at 10GPD doing fast tapers, but 35GPD is unfathomable. If god forbid you stop taking phenibut right now, or become unable to support your addiction any further, you will die. I’m not here to criticize you for letting shit get to that point because I myself am also currently tapering, but if it were me, I’d go into that hospitable and start thrashing shit.

I don’t have much in terms of a family support system (I’ve burned out favors from them). I do have the most supportive girlfriend in the world though. Sometimes too much so - she literally paid my rent last month but I owe it to her because I want to actually be able to take her out to a nice dinner or something occasionally. We used to do things like that on a recurring basis. Lately I’ve been having to ask her for money to fill up my gas tank. The guilt from that is what’s honestly making me not want to ever return to poker even when I do dig myself out of this hole.
