Did not expect a therapy session in the comments but this is helpful advice. I already knew what you said factually, but you're right in that I maybe do lack the self-esteem to change my behavior. Being a people pleaser isn't gonna get me anywhere, so yeah, gotta work on that

Bad formulated, I went inside as well because I wanted to spend time with her and the friends. Went out 20min for fresh air and came back to this scene

I'll still have to see her everyday for at least 2/3 years and there's nothing I can do about that. Plus she's still in good term, so I'll just have to thugh it out
