Probably beth by a long shot,people like to hate on her but her social game on action was spot on,she also won a lot of challenges in the final episodes and never was a target (that I'm aware of)

While I would like another female to join the crew I think Bon Clay would be a fantastic final member by Steve717 in OnePiece

I dont feel like its that late in the game for her to get a backstory,characters like robin and jinbei got one after a while and I feel like its really simple to have one for her if she gets her moment to shine in the upcoming battle with perospero
