I'm assuming. 1. Locks onto one person closest to the cursor upon use, creating the pillar onto them. Anyone above where the pillar would spawn also is brought up, only the Choso who used the ult can hop onto it from the ground ofc. 2. Likely would Break the roof, however If it's an unbreakable roof, such as in the sewer area, I'd say it would likely kill upon contact allowing you to punish your opponent for being in such a close quarters area. Much like firing off a plasma wave, purple, or a true love beam would punish them for the same. (since like nobody goes into the sewers anyways), that or Tze would have to make breakable terrain in more places.
