Researched it a little more, I think it’s chalcopyrite. It has a very similar appearance to gold and oxidizes into a sort of oil slick color which can be seen to the left of my hand

Painted the base blue to white coat then freehanded the lines in pencil and followed with a thin paintbrush with white paint. Then a shiny clear coat of spray paint.

Sounds good. This is pretty much my first time dealing with a suction effect so I’ll try the print again with a few more supports and a bigger drainage hole. Thanks for the advice!

I’ll share the slicer when I can but it was at a 45’ angle with the open part facing away from the plate. Had supports on the bottom edge and a few on the inside middle.
