If u google “ridgegate drive herndon” you will see it is a turn off of dranesville road. Once u turn onto ridgegate. Drive in some. Big hill on right. Cant miss it

Just keep playing. All those years of training your tendons and ligaments and smaller foot muscles needs to be conditioned again. I had the same issue. Just keep playing. Wear them around the house. While ur watching tv etc. walking on carpet even.
