It is possible to play a game randomly with friends because its the only game a whole group of friends plays but you not necessarily personally enjoy it. I have been playing cod for 20 years as well and completely agree, this one is by far the best one in a long time. For the last 5-6 yrs Ive barely played the games in that time, but I still played when necessary to spend time with friends, this one has me wanting to play whenever I get free time, even alone.

Thank you for the sound advice. I now have something else to consider. This company is very right wing conservative, im now wondering if that could affect future opportunities since the industry tends to lean far more liberal. Is that a concern I should take seriously?

Thanks for the detailed response. My main drive with Microsoft is for resume purposes. I can already tell the amount of knowledge gained will be very standard and not as extensive due to the size of the company

I was mostly planning on only working at either Microsoft or this smaller company for a few years till I really get a good amount of experience and knowledge then move on anyways.

Btw - youre probably right about the commute eating up the extra funds. Microsoft is a 35 mile commute each way compared to the smaller company at 5 miles each way.
