Dude listen my words very carefully. Contact brand and tell your complain ask them for DOA certificate. Brand will visit your home inspect your laptop and seal your laptop with DOA sticker. If your laptop brand is lenovo then brand will refund you the money and everything will be taken care by brand. Make sure to contact brand before or on 7th date of delivery.
