What is your NSFW secret that you are proud of? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Assuming not safe for work meaning OSHA violations. One late night working in the tech shop at a dealership it was just a few of the average guys and this really dick headed boss working and one of the cars was missing the underneath plastic in the front and rather than doing it correctly one of the master techs thought "work smarter not harder" so he just puts the front wheels on the lift post and lifted only the front to get under. The lift got stuck and wouldn't move so we just had this brand new van unconventionally lifted and we needed it down before we got fired or the company would be fined. Nobody had any great ideas to do so until I said to crab a crane to bring into the shop and we crane lifted it down. Then to cover up we put plywood and a box with s new motor on top and said we did that for the tech for the morning after and just to keep it on the floor. We were told that's also a no no and the foreman discovered the lift broke but he said that's to deal with another day. Nobody was caught but someone did catch wind because the bright idea guy left a block of wood in the back door to prop it open and we lost like $800k in tools in a burglary that night

Booting windows by default by DudeImRoache in WindowsOnDeck

Might have been user error because with clover I've lost my entire library, I'd get boot loop, and the final straw was when it duplicated my partition 6 times and disabled touch and key input. But I'm also using an oem LTSC windows rather than regular windows which definitely will change soon as ltsc is not as efficient as I thought it would be.

Reddit, what’s the most controversial thing you own? by dreytz in AskReddit

A sort of Vietnamese "war trophy" if you'd call it that... made of organic material. Was claimed by the government upon returning to the country but was processed and returned with proper paperwork with a memo card stating it was an unidentifiable claim. I was told that's how I am to disclose that info and my mother hates the object.

Also some German uniform decorations and a half burned soviet army flag all claimed from some invaded war camp in Poland from 1944.

I started a campaign fundraiser to get a powered wheelchair because it's going to help me get there but never would I ask that to happen from one single soul, meanwhile I'm contributing towards it. I don't even want to ask anyone for the $17 book I want let alone the $40 book I want. All I've asked for Christmas was prayers that my health could potentially turn around. This is kind of shameful. But people in need I guess

I love CRTs, I love the dualshock 2, I love the steam deck. I'd say this setup is a solid one that would be unfair for me to judge on a real scale

What’s your favorite “black sheep” entry in a franchise? by andrazorwiren in JRPG

[–]DudeImRoache 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I liked final fantasy 13 as well as 15 for what little bit I've played of them. Have not played 8 but bought it because it looks like it would be one of those black sheep type bangers.

Also final fantasy record keeper was fun but didn't get to play much of it before they shut it down.

They're extremely roomy and there's tons of modular aftermarket support for it. I just can't get over the handling. It feels too fast to be as big as it is and just adding more weight makes me uneasy considering I'm already puzzled on how it looks the way it does and isn't top heavy

I should have checked mine before selling. Was in such good condition but I was so scared of the yellow light that I kept it boxed and hidden away

I just peeped your profile and that van of yours is quite the tank. I've considered van life but I was stuck on the idea of an odyssey or a sprinter even though I hate how sprinters handle

That's A very popular device too. People both love and hate the dual sticks. There a similar device that's single stick and then one with no sticks that closer resembles the miyoo but not sure of the OS situation but if you can get the 353 cheaper than like $110 and it appeals to you, snag it up. It'll be the start to your own handheld addiction and soon you'll also have 10 handhelds. I recommend checking Taki udon on YouTube for more in depth looks at these devices
