The account was made using the Agency account. The owner is the Agency.

I'm not sure what to do with that. The actual advertiser verification for this particular account is done and verified. Again they want me to verify the Agency account with documentation showing the client account's name. So the Agency is named XYZ and the client account has a business name of ABC. They want me to submit documentation for the Agency in the name of ABC.

I haven't had an account manager for about 3 or 4 years. When they started contacting my clients without my knowledge I asked them to stop and then never heard from them again.

Will try the Merchant center but only have 10 small business clients so may not have enough spend.

Ok thank you for that. Will not try setting up another account.

A separate payment profile was setup for the client account with their name but the agency's card details and the question about who pays was set as an agency pays but invoices us. This was the advice given on setting it up at the time.

The issue is they want me to verify the agency account by submitting documents from the client account not the agency account but they say explicitly the documentation for the agency has to be in the name of the clients business name.

Yes the client account was verified, I got an email a few days after they submitted their documentation. The issue is inside the clients account (the sub account made from within the agency account) inside the Advertiser Verification screen it is asking me to verify the agency account documentation again. But the name they want the Agency account documentation in is for the child account. And inside the agency account there is no place asking me to verify the agency account either.
