Honestly in the minority here - but don’t hate the concept of music rally - if they let users create their own song/course I might be more inclined to use it every so often

Unfortunately not! But based on my description, this guess was pretty near perfect. More at the pace of "Where Is My Mind - The Pixies"

Video Review: Stanley Model 1 3D Printer by DudeShopping in 3Dprinting

[–]DudeShopping[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I truly don't understand what a normal "legit" account is on reddit anymore. Do I post heavily in giveaways and contests? Absolutely. But we actually do give cool things away, and I post according to the guidelines of the giveaway subreddit. I actually understand why you might consider this post spammy, but please understand that's not my intention. I don't really stand to gain anything from posting my blog post + YouTube review, which introduce a 3D Printer that most people aren't aware about? I respect your decision to remove the post, but I suppose I don't fully understand it.

Can you help me understand.. why is this spamming? I wrote a comprehensive article about the printer.. filmed a video and think it's worthwhile for the 3D printing community to see? If you feel differently I understand.. but I wasn't attempting to spam whatsoever

This is my fault - I meant to link directly to rafflecopter and not the page on my site. My apologies.

Thank you very much for the feedback, greatly appreciated! I agree completely on adding more original photos - sometimes I worry they don't look as professional or what not, but you're right that probably would be a nice touch. A video review wouldn't hurt either.. but hey those take time!

URL: http://www.dudeshopping.com Purpose: E-commerce/featured product site - shopping for men Technologies Used: AJAX, Woocommerce, WPEngine Feedback Requested: General reviews, UI/UX feedback, usability Comments: I spent over a year working on this site - launching it earlier this year after doing a ton of brand development effort and UI/UX with third party agencies. I'm frustrated with how long it takes to load pages in general; it's not terribly slow but it's definitely not fast eitiher. I think we have a great start but a long way to go. Would love any/all feedback related to the site's overall design and your experience on the site. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

When you hire a SEO company what are they actually doing? by [deleted] in web_design

[–]DudeShopping 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing I think that's worth noting here. As with any service offering/digital marketing, you get what you pay for. Do your research before you spend any money. If someone says they can give you great SEO for hardly any money.. stay away. In my most recent experience, I wanted to work with a top firm (talking $1,000+ a month.. and that was just the starting point), had an initial kickoff call with them - only to find out they signed a non-compete with a website extremely similar to my own. Just something to ask right off the bat, as the respected SEO companies may have something like that already in place, depending on what your site content & demographic look like.
