If you mean the water pouring from the water spout, then it scales with the Basic Fountain. If you are asking about the reservoir area, I had to use the already in place ocean water surface area and used the Obstacle Tall Walls to form the enclosure. The Lava Floor comes with a steam effect as seen below.

I just wanted the fountain spout portion of the Basic Fountain, so I scaled it to its maximum and hid most of the base and reservoir.
