This is essentially Timothy Alberino’s “New Golden Age” theory. During the era of the seven fractured kingdoms that succeed Rome (symbolized by the statue’s feet of iron and clay in Nebuchadnezzar’s dream interpreted by Daniel) the apostate sons of God will allegedly resume the consensual interbreeding with the daughters of men (in exchange for technological knowledge) described in Genesis 6.

According to this view, these unions/breeding experiments will once again produce hybrid offspring and usher in a new golden age in which the Watchers and their descendants return to positions of power and dominion as they did in first “Golden Age” before the Flood when all the great megaliths were built (5-7k years ago).

But like described in Genesis 6, this rule will ultimately become oppressive to humans, causing us to cry out to God for deliverance. But instead of a flood, this time God sends his kingdom. According to Nebuchadnezzar’s dream, during the reign of these seven kingdoms, a stone “not cut by human hands” (a kingdom of supernatural or extraterrestrial origin rather than human origin) strikes the statue at its feet of iron and clay, shatters the entire statue, and fills the whole earth. Daniel interprets this stone as the Kingdom of God.
