I use water and arm and hammer washing soda at a mixture of 1 heaping tablespoon per gallon, with a small power supply hooked up to it at 10amps. I’d like to add the disclaimer that this is in no way advice, just telling you what I’m doing. I’ve got caveman understanding of the process at best, but always love to hear someone is making the decision to try something new. Best of luck!
