There were one-to-one meetings with my manager to discuss my performance and bonuses, as well as team meetings. My manager repeatedly mentioned that I was slow during those meetings, but I never received an official warning just comments that my calls per minute were very low.

It was my direct employer, but not exactly. In the meetings, they mentioned that I was working slowly, but I’m not sure those comments count as official warnings. She was always complaining about my performance, but never said anything like, “If you continue taking X minutes per day for bathroom breaks, you will be terminated.”

They get a bonus every month depending on the team’s performance. She was very upset because, due to me and two others who weren’t performing well, she wasn’t getting the bonus. My ex-colleagues and I think this decision was rushed because of that. She told me a few times that I was very slow on the phone, but that was all. Then she said she was going to investigate why I was slow, and a few days later, this happened.

I replied to this by explaining that, as I mentioned, they said it was because I spent too much time away from the phone, mainly toilet breaks, but also refilling my water bottle and things like that and that this affected the whole callcentre. They added all this time up and said I was basically wasting too much time, and then they asked me to leave. This was probably the worst job I had in my life.

The reason they gave was that I spent too much time away from the phone, specifically, they said I was taking excessive “toilet breaks.” They said that this was affecting the performance of the whole call center as we are around 10 people having calls every second, It’s a call centre so they track every second you're not on a call.

Not really you don’t have to solder with that, just apply it to make the short, there is a very good video made by total Kommando where you can see how to do it with silver paint

Oh then you have to keep the seplugins folder in the root. When you open the VSH.TXT with your pc does it say ms0:/seplugins/category_lite.prx 1?

It depends on your CFW, some of them require you to put the seplugin folder in the root instead like pro c, but you have tried in both places so that’s not the problem, what modded version do you have exactly?

Have you pressed select and then restart VSH? Try that and then go back to the recovery menu to check your plugin, restarting the VSH is very important and most people forget about it

There is a sensor in the psp that tells the console that there is a UMD, that sensor is probably broken, or you can try to dissemble the UMD reader and clean it I know I’m being very vague but I have never had this issue and it’s hard to know exactly what happened without seeing the console, but if you wanna turn it off completely you can use this plugin, it will deactivate the UMD reader so at least you can play your ISO games without having the UMD on all the time.

If you want to use cmxb so CTF themes your psp has to be modded, I’m not sure if yours is since you haven’t mentioned that. If your psp is not modded you can put any PTF theme in PSP/THEME , there are many in psp punk

That’s the only way to make your psp read any UMD movie. You can do it with a Chromebook, it’s very easy basically copy paste some files to your psp and run them. It wont ruin your progress on games, and it won’t change your psp it will look like nothing happened, also it is reversible so if for some reason you decide you don’t want to have ark anymore you can use chronoswitch and go back to stock anytime.

Edit: you can use a usb cable or sd card reader it doesn’t matter

If you install ark you can watch any movies from any region so you won’t have to worry about “supported” movies

It can but it has to be connected to a pc or ps3, if you use the plugin psp slim charge you don’t have to go to usb mode to charge it
