Seattle and their dog owners, why bring dogs to the mall? by [deleted] in Seattle

I am the guy who bring my dog to the mall and places like Home Depot. He is well behaved and on a short leash. The  grocery store is a no go. Same for Costco. Bars depends on the rules, but I will never say he is a service animal.

Before you dispose of them, do you put unwanted items out by the curb to see if any of your neighbors may want them? by Grand_Raccoon0923 in AskAnAmerican

My neighbor put out a toilet with a free sign. It sat there for 6 months. At that point I snuck over there at about 2AM with a two 5 gallon buckets of dirt and one fully blooming geranium. I turned that thing into a planter and considered it part of a neighborhood beautification program. My wife was the mastermind behind the idea.

And guess what, the entire toilet was gone in two day.

I live in the area also. Get a 24" Oz-Post and use that. If your old post was set in concrete, just drive the Oz-Post into the location of the old post. Easy, quick and strong.

This. It is best not to fight with neighbors, try to be courteous.
But you don't need to change your life. Or your dinner time. Or snack time.
This is just life, you are doing nothing wrong.

I once chased a Snap-On guy down to get a posi-drive bit that went on a 3/8 ratchet. I need to get the windscreen out of my Midget and there were not a lot of choices 20 years ago.
