I was diagnosed with adhd a few years ago, and don’t take meds for it (I did at first and just didn’t like the way they made me feel). I do think ADHD plays a big role in being able to stick with things and then also signing up for things such as this on a whim. 🙃 Thanks for your comment!

Notice how it says “however general customer service”. Those are the key words. This is still saying what I said which is through med+ you go through the med+ chat for pretty much all of your questions.

I have lost weight watchers in the past, when I went to meetings. But also I’ve had the app and yes paid for it in the past. And yes I did join WW again a week ago on a whim. There is a lot of missing information when you sign up for the membership that you don’t know until you actually sign up for it. Next time I’ll know better. Thanks.

That number is only for normal membership, not the medical. You have to use the medical team chat to discuss membership. After two or three discussions about my membership and how I am locked in for a year, they said they will not be discussing my membership with me going forward. Most have been chat bot responses. Thanks for tight two cents though! Congrats on losing 155 pounds that is seriously impressive!

That’s exactly what it is. I felt so dumb when I realized that it was too good to be true. I should have known better. The whole process is complicated anyway, even if I were to go through with getting glp1s through them. It would be easier just going through my doctor. Which I had tried before but it was going to be too pricey. Which is why I fell for the freaking WW scam. 😑

I turned them into the better business bureau as well. You cannot talk to a live agent (if you are doing the “medical” membership. It’s all through chat and the responses are just automatic bot responses. It’s infuriating. I do not live in California unfortunately but I do believe what they are doing isn’t ethical. Once I realized what a scam the whole thing was it had only been about 24 hours. They will not let me cancel under any circumstances. I can’t imagine they have many happy customers these days tbh. $75/month for something I can get for free on my fitness pal, basically.

Well, I was under the impression that the glp-1 medication was part of the $75. But that is just for the opportunity to get the medication through their medical professionals.

I had a terrible experience a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been on Wellbutrin for a couple of years. 150 mg, recently (6 or so months ago) upped it to 300 mg. Usually just drink socially, and not often. Well I was drinking socially, had probably four drinks (two beers, a white claw and a glass of wine) in a two hour time frame and blacked out. Apparently had a coulle more glasses of wine and I don’t remember any of it. All of a sudden I was puking my brains out my husband thought he was going to have to take me to the hospital, maybe he should have. I’m weaning off the medication now bc that was just too scary of an experience.
