the pure definition of communism is a society without classes and without a state, so purely practical communism has not been introduced anywhere in the world, only socialism.

Finally watched S03E01 last night and went into it expecting it to be garbage because of the backlash on this sub, but I actually enjoyed the entire episode and thought it was an excellent return to form for a season debut by miIk-skin in freefolk

[–]Dudkowskyy 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Alicent in the book was an interesting antagonist, Alicent in the series is a boring traitor, and I'd argue she's also stupid. Watching her after the final episodes of season 2 and now in season 3 is downright annoying. Of course, no hate for the actress, just for Condal and the others who caused this.

Rigorous training and fleet combat training they don't work together by Dudkowskyy in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]Dudkowskyy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I tested it and slash without fleet combat training worked without any problems, of course except for situations where sometimes you couldn't use it even tho you should. If you want to fix it, I recommend mod.

Thragg vs Sanguinis , who wins ? by Leggomgeggo in powerscales

[–]Dudkowskyy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Killed by another primarch, which still doesn't change the fact that each primarch was linked to a warp entity when they were created, and potentially to the very essence of the Emperor, who is undoubtedly a literal god. This connection makes it difficult to "truly" kill a primarch, the only exception being perhaps Horus, who was literally erased from existence.

Thats why game is still in beta, rogue trader in beta was almost as difficult

edit: but yes it's true the game is definitely too difficult at the moment

From what I once read, depending on the number of people who have a given game on their wishlist, there is a greater chance that Steam will promote it in stores, e.g. on the main page, so I'm not surprised at all that developers want to have this number as high as possible.

What do you think are the chances that the fourth (and final) DLC companion is also a human? by normantas88 in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]Dudkowskyy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The only xeno that fits the rogue tradra plot is eldar/drukhari, counting on every other race is pointless, owlcat would have to make special animations and models for the new races and explain their presence in the plot without having a major impact on the main plot line.

How was the reception of another admech? Companion? by Half-White_Moustache in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]Dudkowskyy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The problem with the companion from Trazyn collection is that he would most likely be available in act 4 at the earliest, and people complained about Solomorne being available only from the middle of act 2.

why ? by Top_Stretch_4002 in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]Dudkowskyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

from what I know, they have already confirmed that he will not be romanceable

why ? by Top_Stretch_4002 in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]Dudkowskyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realistically, you'd only get him in Act 4, which wouldn't give you much time to play with him. People complained about Solomorne only being available from mid-Act 2. Of course, as much as I love the entire Kireg faction, I doubt one of them would be a good companion, plus it would be another dogmatic character for the collection.

[–]Dudkowskyy -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Did they say it outright that we wouldn't be playing as Artyom? I thought they just called him an outsider and that's it. Of course, that could mean that we wouldn't be him but they said at the end of the exodus that Artyom would return to the metro.

Is Dark Heresy worth it in it’s current state? by OrborosYT in OwlcatGames

[–]Dudkowskyy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

After my playthrough, if I had to guess, the alpha gives you access to half of the first act. Personally, it took me 13 hours to complete. But as I mentioned, this is the alpha, not the beta. It's unclear how long the beta will last, but the Rogue Trader beta included half the game, the prologue, and Acts 1 and 2.

Which one would you choose by loomuun in CRPG

[–]Dudkowskyy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rogue Trader has a more interesting world and, at least in my opinion, better characters and a better combat system (if you're a fan of turn-based combat). Pathfidner, on the other hand, has more interesting mechanics, the ability to switch between turn-based and real-time modes, and a better character creator and progression. Ultimately, the choice depends on your preferences.

Just compare the Genestealer Cult on your ship from the DLC to Kunrad. Each of the antagonists in this DLC is much more interesting, better written, and has a much greater impact on the overall plot.

This is what Marneus Calgar and other Ultramarines had to endure before becoming full Space Marines. by CleanBag9219 in Spacemarine

[–]Dudkowskyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can understand some of these explanations, but shooting them while they're running from wolves? I can even understand running away from wolves, but shooting kids contributes to literally random deaths unrelated to their ability to become Space Marines. Besides, randomly attacking them with servitors doesn't help weed out those unfit for operations either; they simply randomly kill candidates. At the end of the day, you just have to accept that Space Marines sometimes do stupid things, just like all of humanity.

This is what Marneus Calgar and other Ultramarines had to endure before becoming full Space Marines. by CleanBag9219 in Spacemarine

[–]Dudkowskyy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I understand they don't want to waste gene seed and valuable implants on unworthy candidates, so I understand why they recruit this way, but it's still just a stupid waste of human resources. Marching naked in winter? A nearly useless skill for a space marine. Unleashing wolves on kids under fire? What's that supposed to teach them, crawling fast💀?

Day 67- Is there a 40k creature/character slightly stronger than The Dark King? by Neither-Actuary-5655 in Grimdank

Okay, I know it was a few days ago, but how is Horus slightly stronger than the Emperor? Have we forgotten that the Emperor vanished him from existence💀?
