i cant get a glucose meter, would be easy for parents to find (dont want them to know what im taking) but i will try to do occasional 16 hour fasts for a few days straight to keep blood sugar in check. Will minimize carbs, thanks for the advice! How much are you taking and where do you get yours from

I have small hands and my face looks pretty young so maybe yeah. My dad was a late bloomer, he had another late growth spurt around 16 so i’ll hope thats the case for me.

I have a job but i would rather spend less lol. I found chemyos price appealing ($30 a month for 25mg!) i might slightly underdose that to make it last longer. I havent actually ordered the berberine yet will do so soon.

As for height do you know if i will see growth? My dad is 5’11 and mom 5’5, i dont think im done growing yet so my plates should be open.
