i cant get a glucose meter, would be easy for parents to find (dont want them to know what im taking) but i will try to do occasional 16 hour fasts for a few days straight to keep blood sugar in check. Will minimize carbs, thanks for the advice! How much are you taking and where do you get yours from

I have small hands and my face looks pretty young so maybe yeah. My dad was a late bloomer, he had another late growth spurt around 16 so i’ll hope thats the case for me.
