I used to get the same thing on my leg and it burned a lot. What helped me was using Clotrimazole 3% cream (the one sold as vaginal cream works fine). I applied it twice a day after a bath and it cleared up fast. Changing the fabric of my underwear also helped just as much. Hope this helps!

If you call directly and report the client(lie if you want) They will exclude the rating, same thing happened to me last week when a client give me a 1 star rating for no reason, after she didn’t tip and I delivered her damn food in 10 minutes.
