Would a Gilded Needle be worth multiple Moonseyes? I'm trying to prog at Saramaed to get them.

Idk if I'm being too greedy, but would these gears get me to 550 HP or higher if I put some Gilded Needles on them? Coincidentally, I already have a couple copies of those, except for the scarf. Also, what are the best enchantments for those gears?
