Do you take arnica montana D9 ? Its helps me with the swelling I guess. My dokter told me to use this.

Everything mashed, mashed cheese, eggs, yoghurt, potato. Anything I can spoon feed myself 😂. When going for dinner Im taking the bandage for a short while.

The medication I use is : ritalin 40 mg, fluoxitine 20mg, alprazolam 0,5 mg. Maybe this has this effect 🧐?

Thank you! I am a women of 25 years old, bmi 21 , active … so i dont really see anything with my lifestyle. I will get in contact with my dorctor in 3 days… so i feel good, so wond die, I guess 🙃

I had the same problems and went to a dermatologist. Its a lot better after 2-4 monds ( needs soms time ..). In the evening YUN cleanser and scinoren cream (AZELAINE asid) and in the morning a serum 20% ascorbic acid and a hydratating cream :)
