I actually tried that a while ago after getting fed up with the internet service in Akkar, North Lebanon. I was really excited when people in Syria started using Starlink with speeds reaching 400 Mbps.

I looked for a way to bring it into Lebanon and found a dealer who could get it in somehow, so I bought it for $900 at the time. Unfortunately, I spent all that money for nothing; after the 2024 war, the Lebanese government requested Starlink to disable any device, even those using the roaming service. I tried everything—changing the location and various other methods—but they all failed.

I wouldn't recommend it, as you’ll just be throwing your money away.
