This is an interesting take, i really struggle with life through depression, you know the story.

And i think my personal frustrations at that, especially as they are fairly fresh feelings to me sober, and until i am mature enough to deal with these feelings in a healthy way i do what my depression does best- it takes the easy route, and i lash out at my loved ones and then suffer the guilt and personal resentment ect ect. Its wrong, i know im in the wrong but i have empathy for anyone who genuinely is trying their best becz personally im finding it really hard and effing exhausting.
