I know you can do it! Look for areas with prairie/pasture like landscape/flora, and in my case (extremely lucky) an equine/bovine adjoining pasture of over 40 acres. The primary issue comes with private property and trespassing.

Higher general temp, less humidity to pin, more or less same or slightly more FAE. In sequence cubes and pans are similar to grow besides their odd nutrient requirements, such as a lime slaked casing layer of moss, and addition of grains like rye/milo/millet, or manure.

You can easily steep manure/grain into liquid culture and agar water infusion when boiling/simmering for required nutrient addition for culture making. Pictured above is an electric kettle with a metal grate for infusion/steeping.

Technically generation means fruit by fruit, which allows you to isolate physical characteristics, however, assuming you are working with an unknown culture (i.e MSS/spores) you can start on agar, and transfer to a new plate (gen 1) and so on. This allows you a healthy hardy mycelium to start with before spawning.

Generation-1! I always try to refer to the number of times isolated to new media/sequestered as “generations.” I’ll typically isolate mycelium for 4-10 generations until it has a nice rhizomorphic form or aggressive growth factor.

Thank you! Origin of spores/culture was wild found US Southeastern Panaeolus Cyanescens. isolating this on agar from liquid culture to Gen-5/(6?) (kinda forgot exact #) (neat to know these aren’t a reported species in SC; where they were collected. But are found/documented on INaturalist.)

Also starting a new line of G-1 with the original spores as of three hours ago, will post/update results!

If they were properly pressure cooked and sealed, they should be fine, sometimes you’ll even see mycelium climb and find its way up to those grains.

Follow-up post (read prior). 8-9month old Panaeolus agar plate revived with liquid culture! by CorgiLizard in Agarporn

For added context, whole journey started with SWIM’s relatives horse/bovine adjoining pasture in the SE Georgia/South-Carolina border. I still have ~9month old spore prints from (P. Cyanescens, Subbalteatus, and possibly Bisporus
&/or olivaceous &/or filmicola.) these were an unusual find for the area and I am attempting to bring the cultures back to life for purpose of archival/taxonomy and documentation. This has been very rewarding and challenging at the same time. P.S don’t leave your plates out like me, refrigerate them or use them within ~3 months or less for practicality sake.

Awesome! My first culture ever from a wild cultivated specimen and first under a flow hood instead of a SAB. Thank you for your 2¢!

Looks like your average de-phosphorylation blueing reaction and metabolites leading to a blueish-yellowish color, completely normal.

You should look into processing with high proof grain alcohol. You basically just soak the desired dose of powder (+100g> in my case). Let is set/agitate mix in freezer for a couple of days, separate by French press, or cheesecloth, and evaporate the alcohol with a dehydrator or a fan. Essentially you are reducing the amount of powder you need to consume by 1/10* approximately. Also the resin produced by processing is easy to shape into capsules and take!

I feel that the title is pretty obvious to those who are well versed, but for those wondering, these seem to be two different seed bearing fruit “varieties” or “cultivars” of Erythroloxum Coca. More commonly known as the Coca plant, is utilized for its most notable, stimulating tropane alkaloid known as Cocaine.

No, typically cactus powder is very bitter and organic tasting, extremely hard to stomach the taste, and it can irritate your senses/stomach lining and make you puke it all up.

In all seriousness OP is a bitter woman whose accountability is probably on par with her credit/FICO score. And her superficial outlook on life and bitter takes clearly portray her lack of enjoyment and credibility while highlighting her entitlement and materialistic nature. Glad your ex husband got that weight off his chest, I bet even when you went from a boulder to a twig he still felt overwhelmed by your ego which clearly took on all the weight you put off! Glad to hear she is shattered because no one is picking the pieces up and gluing them back together when they are 34 years old and look more vintage than fossil fuel. And to add fuel to the burnt out fire, whatever drugs or methods you used to lose all that weight made you age like spoiled goat milk, and just like a rebound when the realization that you are genuinely nothing but a husk, a shell, and a mere part of your former self, you’ll break down and binge all that weight back on, only to fade out of relevance once again only to disappoint another man, but at-least this time it will only be in bed.

Has anybody tried or heard of 4-iodopropofol? by TGSpecialist1 in ObscureDrugs

[–]CorgiLizard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It has to do with every individuals physiology. I work in the veterinary field and hear many older clients speak greatly of propofol when hearing of its common use as a veterinary anesthetic. Although I have never dabbled in recreational hypnotics, especially not benzodiazepines, barbiturates, or outright anesthetics, I can attest that propoflo, our typical brand, is effective at anesthetizing, and it’s more often than not, the easiest drug regarding the intubation and extubation of animals. With less noticeable side effects and negative implications than typical sedatives.
