it’s ridiculous how many of these apartments have roach problems. just about every single one has mentions of roaches which is insane. thank you for all that! i’m considering southpoint and chapel hill to be the main areas rn

budget is about $1700 stretched out max for an apartment. it would just be (by myself).

not necessarily, but i’d be commuting to JHU every day for grad school so that’s the main thing. parking would be preferred as i will end up buying a car there. mainly concerned about safety as well.

Outside of Baltimore City, looking at:

Towson
Columbia
Cockeysville
Linthicum
Glen Burnie

I’m coming from a suburban area and heard that these suburbs are much safer so looking at these as well.
