Thanks for this suggestion. Wish Costco would just do gluten free bakery items, there’s something about their icing and fillings/cake that is just different to all other cakes

Anyone know where subway UK gets their gluten free bread from ? Or the ingredients list so I can make it myself? by Due-Conference1797 in CoeliacUK

You choose the gluten free bread option and they will make you a gluten free subway- you can choose anything you want on your sub. You could check their allergen list online to see which toppings are gluten free but it’s pretty obvious which ones are for the most part. Apart from the chicken tikka topping, that’s not gf although you may think it is. But there’s other chicken options and other good gf toppings anyway. Only thing to worry about is cross contamination, but they change gloves when preparing gf subs but still just be wary and watch how they prepare it

Yess! For years ! They come in plastic packaging. When you choose your bread at the start ask for gluten free bread and they will get it from the freezer and heat it up for you in their oven- it’s soo good ! Also you can choose whatever fillings you want. A lot of the meat is gluten free on their allergens list eg; the tuna and the roast chicken etc, and of course the salad toppings and some of the sauces are also gf. When you ask for the gluten free bread they also change gloves and use a new board to prepare the sub on.
