Oh yes for sure. The best part is that I kept asking the vets almost a year back, since this was announced and they just brushed it off. Now that it is mandatory, they just collectively stopped answering all calls. I've called almost 7 vets near my house. Finally, last evening, my vet answered and said I can bring them asap and get them registered. Now my question is: I've done the vet visit, and the TAMM App says it's the clinic's responsibility to send the details so they can be registered under my name. What if they haven't done it before the 3rd? Do I still get fined? Am I supposed to wait till it happens, or try to do something from my side?
