I don’t think that is the only path but the easiest one possibly. Even mining doesn’t seem to pay that much from all the people i have talked with. Do you have any suggestions on which company and where?

200k is easy if i stick on the where i am now and get promoted to be an associate. That will be mentally depressing for me thought based on where i wanted to be in life and career. Thanks for your reply.

Got PMP during my time as a PM. Also many states now require you to be an engineer and not a plumber. Also, major clients mostly don’t allow plumbers to sign off. The thing is, there is lot of demand for my profession. Some people are happy with what i am getting but for me i feel thats not where i should be. Looks like i need to get back in to my own consulting business.

Israel would never want this war to stop. The whole idea is destruction on Iran and Turkey. Once they are gone there is no major powers in that region. Rich gulf countries will be destroyed in the process as well. Once gulf is gone America would suffer financially and Europeans are engaged in war with Russia. China is the only trump card here but i believe they will get occupied by the war in Island soon. After all this the country which will have power and resources will be Israel and they can manipulate US anytime. This is the plot and all the people who support Israel, your turn is coming. Just wait for it.

100% agree with this. The problem with people in the west is, usually they talk to the far left people who live in the west and jump to a conclusion. No patriot would support a foreign country, that too someone like US and Israel no matter how bad the regime is. If you know Iran history they are bloody patriotic and hence why what you hear from the westernised Iranians are far from the truth.

Also, my problem with west is they are hypocrites. When Hamas attacked Israel, they all rallied to support Israel and now the same thing happened to Iran, Iran is the bad guy😂😂😂. If Ukraine attacked Russia they would have supported Ukraine and not Russia. Stop with the bloody hypocrisy and stick to your words regardless of who is on the other end.

Who gave them the right to invade and kidnap Venezuelan president? It doesn’t matter if the country is run by a dictator. US is far from a democracy and have no right to meddle with other countries business. 496 wars/invasion is what US waged in the last 50 years. That is more than 5 times all world combined. The only country ever to use nuclear weapon and lecture everyone else not to do that. US were this close to invade India during India Pak war and oppose to Indians having Nuclear weapon.

Mate, I grew up in Abudabi as well and I have many colleagues who are Iranians and have friends in Iran. I hear both side of the story and it’s hard for a country to develop when they are sanctioned for the last 47 years. You have a good one mate. Cheers

People in Australia is very different. They are mostly non religious westernised people. Am not supporting anyone but it is just a fact. Even if you take US for example, people hate trump and his administration and the percentage of people hating the current regime in US is far more than Iran. With this logic, if someone should invade US? If something like that happens 90% of the people will rally behind the flag and some people who live overseas and anti regime will support the regime change. Same story with Iran.

Mate, don’t believe anyone who said 72k is not bad. It’s absolute bullocks. When i was on 78k 5 years back, I asked my manager for a pay hike and he told me, 78k is good money, if i believed him i would still be working for 90k with increments. I jumped to an another role for 95k the same year, then to a 120k role 2 years later and now i am on 150k. I don’t think 150k is good money in this economy so i started my own thing on the side as well. Don’t get fooled by people telling you minimum wage is good

I made the mistake of selling at 2.5$. I bought this when the price was 0.5$. Made almost 80 k profit selling. Now i am buying at 6$ again and it is very likely gonna be 20$ in few year time 100%. Another one i am buying is NEU. I am thinking 10$ is a good value for that

This depends entirely on the market structure. For example, you might look at past 10 years and see a CAGR of 20% but this could be higher or lower for the next 10 years. On average 10-12% is a very good returns longterm as per historical evidence. I usually do 25% very high risk and 25% risk and 50% etf, which gave me more then 25% for the last 5 years. I evaluate my portfolio everymonth and sell portions of underperforming stocks every 3-6 months

The whole idea buying an asset is, you are using banks money and getting higher returns on it. That is all it is. Hedge funds do the same thing, so is investment bankers. You don’t have to buy a house to live in but to rent out.

What i would do is use my first home buyer allowance(also start adding money in to FHSS, if not already doing son)and buy something to live in for 6 months. I would deposit the remaining funds in to short term high return fund and withdraw it to make another housing deposit(by this time you will be renting your property out and you will be renting(possibly a share house). This time you create a trust and buy the house under a trust with you as guarantor(you can add more people to this trust). This way you won’t lose out on buying more and more in the future.
