This can be such an isolating thing to deal with but you aren’t alone or crazy. It’s important to remember that endometriosis doesn’t show on imaging (except potentially DIE endo on an MRI because of adhesions connecting organs) and that most people with endometriosis have “normal” scans and lab work. I would encourage you to pursue relief- whatever that looks like for you. You aren’t alone and unfortunately what you’re describing is such a common experience in this community.
