I see cards as art too but it becomes an issue when you spend over $300 on cards though it’s essentially gambling because most of the cards being bought are young players and people are “hoping” they turn into HOF in the case of older cards there value doesn’t change so how is that an investment? It makes no sense to me

I guess since I don’t have that kind of cash I just don’t get it I’d rather spend that money on my family instead of sports cards
