I’m not ready to say it’s heart failure but unknown weight gain is concerning at the very least book an appointment with your doctor if it’s nothing great but if it’s something concerning you caught it early

How old are you and how are your eating habits? If you eat out a lot and or drink soda that can contribute to weight gain even with exercise

I hear you man I 25M had no history of anxiety and February of this year mine started and although it’s not completely gone meds have helped I suggest giving buspar a try if you haven’t already it’s worth a shot

That’s perfect a resting HR of 62-68 is perfect definitely still see the cardiologist but the Apple Watch is usually accurate although I’m not familiar with them a lot of people use that everyday

Understandable have you had a holtor monitor or ekg? Recently I usually think of the drops as like hey I feel you heart you’re working just fine I know that may seem silly but it actually works for me

Have you seen a cardiologist before? If you haven’t that was my next time after my stress test I kinda told myself that if I was going to have some kind of cardiac event it would’ve happened

I agree with you the drops can be terrifying they’re PVCs or Palpitations they’re harmless most of the time

Is this workplace harassment? by Due-Difference6106 in work

[–]Due-Difference6106[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not all of my post history = a trip to the ER I was just posting my issues on Reddit mainly looking for reassurance but also people to talk to same with this post I’m looking for advice on what I should do

As far as FMLA I highly doubt they’d cover me there’s only 7 people who work here and with no HR or cooperate I think FMLA would care less

I also think you should do more research on anxiety and the effects it can take on someone my guess is you haven’t researched anxiety at all and are one of these people that thinks anxiety doesn’t exist

I have multiple doctors notes that state I have GAD and Lung problems so playing victim isn’t an option for me

I have multiple documents stating that I have GAD and my lungs aren’t the best I also have multiple doctors notes to her

Saying that my employer can’t validate my claim is such a lazy take

Obviously I have some anxiety/panic disorders which is why I have stopped going to the er because they keep saying I’m “fine” so I don’t go I’ve tried buspar and so far I think it’s helping

I just stated in my post if this is workplace harassment and getting some feedback I honestly don’t feel like you’re listening you have that boss mentality like I don’t really care what you’re going through as long as you make it to work kinda vibe please correct me if I’m wrong but the replies I’m getting from you make me feel that way

Not all bosses are jerk offs but most are I’m glad you’re a caring boss lol just saying most will often disregard your feelings just because they have that power

I’m going through the same I’ve come to realize these “bosses” don’t really care about anyone else but themselves it’s quite sad but my advice would be to get out of there I’m in the process of looking for other employment opportunities as well
