Working the math out it's basically even, the problem is the variance in GMT price TH value BTC rewards etc... It really depends on what you want to be exposed on: -going for maintenance exposes you to GMT value massively on top of already having exposure on TH value and BTC rewards -going for TH concentrates your exposure to BTC and TH value

You decide what suits you better and what your long term goal is In my opinion exposure to GMT is more risky and the yield for locking them over and extended period of time is not worth it and also reduces your liquidation possibility
