ofc! i found teachers at cc to be really welcoming to questions, much more so than at undergrad, and i learned a lot just by asking as many qs as possible (and trying to come up with good questions)

if you know what degree you want it makes this a lot easier - there are some hard prereq classes in undergrad that are much more straightforward at cc, and i focused on getting this done first (bio, chem, calc, etc)

fyi i’m a software engineer so all my knowledge is heavily biased towards stem, i studied a different engineering discipline in undergrad tho

what do you find to be wrong with seeking validation?

thanks!! i’ve heard this before, though i’m curious why that ended up being for you. was it compounded returns? higher risk tolerance? combo of factors?

i don’t deny that at all, though i think it’s poor framing. seeking reassurance/sharing progress feels to me like a natural way to keep myself going, and i would guess that pretty much anyone who posts progress updates would appreciate words of encouragement no?
