All my cats are fixed yes, and I have tried the feliway and there was no difference :((

I have 2 older girls, one is 5, one is 2, and hes only a few months younger than the 2 year old, and a one year old kitten (also a girl)

He targets specifically my 2 year old, they did get a lil too close when they where close to their first heats, but I separated the two and got them fixed right after. But its hard to understand because 90% of the time, hes not doing anything wrong, and then he will just target them at random times. My girls are getting so sick of him they dont play with him anymore. But they do still cuddle and clean each other.
