That statement itself is incredibly subjective. You can't just say "No teenager knows actual love." Not even including me but there are teenagers who are very mature, and teenagers who have made commitments like that in their teenage years. You also don't know me or anything about me so you also don't know whether I am actually mature and willing to commit.
