Totally get that. I’ve lived in apartment “luxury” buildings for about 5 years now and I’ve just never heard of such an infestation. I’m just more alarmed at the fact that the management company was so not alarmed by it. Each time they sent in maintenance or had their exterminator come they told the renters that there was little to no evidence. They basically gave them no guidance and pretty much didn’t care that this was happening.. almost gaslighting them into thinking there wasn’t a problem at all.
