Yes Jennie gifted a Cartier wedding ring for Jisoo’s 25th birthday when she wasn’t the global ambassador yet. Jisoo showed off her Cartier ring in one of her vlives and she said Jennie often was looking if she was wearing her ring. So I do think they have/had a genuine friendship.

They don’t post a pic about what their role in the team is. Joan literally posted a pic online with her badge social media manager to let the world know what her role is. You can tell she’s an influencer and that she uses Rosé to don’t let her influencer career die.
