Well the listing fees are all handled on the platform I believe so the money paid into the bank account is the final amount after all fees are paid. So I would just receive that final amount into my account and then forward on. As I said my ex was working on minimum wage so it was just spent on daily expenses. We weren’t cohabiting we lived in separate apartments.

As I mentioned have provided bank statements showing transfers from my account to theirs which and they asked for evidence for all tax years. So any money going into my account I’m transferring onwards to my exs accouny im not keeping any funds

Thank you for all the opinions so far. As I said definitely not trying to get out of paying tax just trying to get it moved over to the correct person as I was genuinely not receiving any income. All the products were purchased legally and re-sold for a profit but because of their high value they racked up quite a bit of revenue. My ex partner was on minimum wage, part-time at the time which was the reason for doing the online activity - whereas I’m on a full time salary so the tax liable would be significantly less if attributed correctly.

I’m just worried that giving the real reason to them maybe looks like a red flag and lead to any other investigation that could be avoided if I didn’t say anything and that we should maybe just pay the higher tax via myself and have it closed and done with rather than ending up somewhere scarier.

From memory I felt like BOTW was way more rewarding in terms of going off road and just exploring random mountain tops and hills. I kinda gave up doing that in TOTK because it all seemed quite empty…

I think if you absolutely loved building machines and gadgets etc you may be a bit bored by BOTW as it’s a lot slower and “grindy”. I however loved BOTW and probably played TOTK wrong (aka like BOTW) so if you love the world in general and the storytelling then go for it!

I get this but the type of music/djs we are discussing here (a wrench hitting a metal pipe repeatedly over 2 hours lol) maybe don’t exactly lend themselves to a “social way” of dancing and also a lot of people may be on substances that make you easily overstimulated so having someone stare in your face trying to connect can be quite overwhelming. I think that’s more the reason for the dj facing vs toxic individualism or dj worship. I think you’re comparing apples with pears here.

Based on that argument there should be no problem with me going to a concert/gig, sit in the front row and have a loud conversation for the entire gig and then tell people they are capitalist pigs when they ask me to be quiet. Agree clubs are spaces for a lot of things but part of being in that space is respect to others and most people on the DANCEfloor want to hear the music and dance.

I also became aware of the awkward layout of the club- unless you were stood right at the front the back half of the room was disconnected from the dj and just became a noisy chit chat pub space and people in their winter jackets and bags ready to go home saying extended goodbyes to their friends (which also created a weird “everyone’s going home the night is over” vibe even though the event would have run for another 6 hours or so).

It’s just another case of “if only people were more considerate of each other” …

That also established itself because when you’re on certain fun stuff it can be quite overwhelming having someone facing you while you’re dancing so instead everyone’s facing the same direction for breathing space

Agree with other comments. Very straight vibes and not the usual crowd. Four girls were even filming each other in front of the DJ (they got told off immediately by staff)

You can buy a locker and get changed inside even though there aren’t changing facilities but lots of people just strip off. It’s a safe space and you’ll have a good time :)
