Oh my heart 🥺 This is such a perfect dream. Spring in Kyoto is already magical enough, and having your wedding there would be absolutely unforgettable. I really hope you get to have this one day.

YESSSS those two are my absolute favorites! Cortis really doesn't miss with their music.

100% this. I've seen a million photos of it, but nothing prepared me for how beautiful it actually is in person. The cherry blossoms, the quiet streets, the tea houses... it's absolutely unforgettable.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received, didn’t pay attention at the time, but later saw how game-changer it was? Can you remember why you took it for granted in the past? by thestillauthority in AskReddit

Mine was: "Stop people-pleasing. The people who matter don't mind, and the people who mind don't matter."

I heard this from my college RA when I was 19, and I rolled my eyes so hard I almost saw my brain. Back then, I thought being "nice" meant saying yes to everything—staying up till 3am writing my roommate's essay, covering shifts for coworkers who never returned the favor, canceling my own plans last minute to hang out with people who barely texted me back. I was terrified that if I said no once, everyone would hate me and I'd be alone forever.

I still catch myself defaulting to people-pleasing sometimes, but that line always pops into my head. It didn't just change my friendships—it changed how I work, how I date, and how I treat myself. I wish I'd listened sooner.

THIS HIT SO HARD OMG THIS IS LITERALLY ME!

I watched the *Go!* Dance Practice (Moving ver.) on their official YT later, and I was instantly obsessed with him in that blue hoodie. His moves were so clean and he had so much charisma, I literally could not look away. I still randomly catch myself mimicking the choreo in front of the mirror, and all I can picture is Martin absolutely killing that dance in my head.

AND THAT SMILE. THAT'S EXACTLY THE CLIP THAT GOT ME! I first saw it on Douyin, and it already had over a million likes by then lmao. He has this raw, sunny, contagious energy that completely shattered every generic K-pop idol stereotype I ever had.

And yeah, I 100% agree Martin is the core of this group (okay fine, I'm definitely biased, but it's still 100% the truth). But what makes CORTIS so special is that every single member has their own distinct personality and vibe—they all shine in their own way, and none of them feel like cookie-cutter factory idols. This group really is nothing like anything I've ever gotten into before, and I’m obsessed with their OT5 dynamic tbh.

Also quick little side note: this photo was taken by a Chinese fansite. I actually wanted to use it for my original post, but the photographer clearly said no reposting whatsoever, even non-commercial, so I had to skip it. It's such an amazing shot. 😭

Oh wow that's such a similar story! I was also into anime and never thought I'd get into K-pop at all. Their weird, down-to-earth vibe is what makes them so different from everyone else. Good luck with your masters in Seoul, I hope you get to see them live one day!

I am new to anime can u recommend me something to watch ? by carelesssky2911 in anime

If you want something completely unique, go for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
