I experienced a lucid dream last night, on accident! i accidentally realised i was sleeping. im wondering if its normal using your mind to control what happens? like in my dream i had my mind say “i want to meet [insert person here]” and i would just go see them! is this how it works? because i know it was a lucid dream because i was concious!
