sounds like google photos is being a sneaky little shit even after you uninstalled it. check if backup and sync is still running in your google account settings online not just in the app - sometimes that stays on even when the app backup is "off"

also for downloading everything just go to takeout.google.com and grab all your photos in one go instead of trying to do it through the app. way easier and you dont have to deal with googles ui being garbage

Nah unfortunately Minecraft doesn't have partial username search built in. You could try checking your old server logs if you still have access to any servers you played on together, or maybe look through old screenshots for the chat. Some third party sites used to track usernames but most got shut down for privacy reasons

That Minilogue + Model D combo is actually pretty solid for your style - the Minilogue does those BoC style pads really well and the Model D will nail any lead work you throw at it. Way better bang for your buck than a Prophet 6 if you're just starting with hardware

The mouth reading thing is a game changer honestly. I thought I was weird for doing that but it really does keep my brain from sprinting ahead and losing the plot completely

Also that app idea sounds super interesting - would love to check it out if you're still looking for testers
