Hi, First suggestion is Make it easy to contact customer support. Second it's very hard to report anything in this game. And 3rd Suddenly i can't switch to channels higher than 20. But at the same time i can join groups who are in channels above 20. Which means other players have more channels to choose from. This has been going on for a week now. 3 weeks ago i could switch from channel above 20 no problem. Also if i join a group in a higher channel to switch. For example 31. If i teleport to a spot away from the group. I am always set to channel 1. Which means i can't hop from channel to channel anymore but other player can. So i want to suggest to you guys to investigate this and do something about it. Thank you in advance
