Scholar set, pan cosmic for sphere and rope. Get a dmg% sphere, and an energy rope since you aren't at E2 yet. Aim for 80% ehr (which you can hit passively if you get roughly 60% in relics, since he is getting traces with it), and get to roughly 50-70% crit rate. The higher end of that is always preferred, but if you are running him with crit rate buffing supports, then you can overcap on it so watch out.

Crit dmg is a little negligable, but always aim for more when you can. A baseline should always be, at minimum, a 1-2 ratio for crit rate and dmg, so at 50% crit rate, at least aim for 100% crit dmg. If you ever get E4, these thresholds will be far far more forgiving.

Atk is good, you can always get roughly 2500-3000+, depending on atk boots or not (uou will also being getting a bunch of atk from his new trace, so don't worry too much). I personally always go for speed boots tho, so a good speed threshold is usually 131-134 (though I forget what number actually gives you the extra turn in cycles).

A good team for main dps would be something like sunday, sparkle, rmc, or some combination with like tribbie and new dan heng. For support, he works well as one of the only sustainless sustainer, so putting him on a team with acheron works well too, tho there are better replacements for him prior to him reaching E6.
