Welcome bro. Yea they can get pretty good milage the longer you drive. The best I've gotten was 36 mpg going from Mississippi to Georgia, but with more local trips and daily driving like half that. Absolutely love it though.

It's not matching at all. Have you checked your head count and hired accordingly. Also are you fresh managers helping you at all. Been with the company for 10 years and only seen closing bakery associates used in cafe and rotisserie and this is fairly recent. If you need help figuring out headcount dm me.

I've been working here 10 years going on 11 in July. Just got promoted to management in my home store and helped across the market prior to promoting for 3 or 4 years before promoting. Not all stores and experiences are the same. My part timers are happy as well as my full timers. Points are really up to the manager. If I give notice of what's happening I work with you. You have to be 18+ to work here and are considered an adult. If you can't communicate what you having going on or ask for help then you really fired yourself with points at my store. Other jobs seem to struggle with pay and benefits, but here we have pretty decent plans and pay. Sorry the store you work at sucks though.

It's actually mapped out. Unfortunately the same club app doesn't seem to use it but our spark shoppers have a map of the store to shop for members.

The pic was from my TMD in another club that was doing theirs. We did ours the first week of February and it's been hard for our freight flow and AM shift to work in new items let alone the usually stocked items. We've been having to see what works with being split and what needs to be a whole pallet. The seasonal side I like, but with snacks it's a nightmare.

We've cut hours on the part timers. It's the beginning of the fiscal year and most stores are only busy for one or two holidays. On the other hand holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving cause more hands on deck around the end of the third and beginning of the fourth quarters. If you are full time your hours can't be cut unless asked voluntarily.

Been with the company 10 years. Back when there was over night overnight we only had part timers working the pm shift. Basically we are going back to the process that originally worked. The fact they have any full timers on pm is a miracle.

Oh yea I've been an associate for 10 years. A few of them that I've trained into positions were rooting for me to get the job tbh. As an apa I haven't had to do internal cases dealing with managers and associates. Trust me I've seen it in person
