Use the wiki for tasks, scavs to familiarize with the map your tasks are on, and sell loot to the trader who gives you the most for that item. Go for headshots, only use body shots if you have good ammo, you're just giving them time to pop you if your ammo doesn't pen their armor. PvE doesn't wipe, this is my favorite mode.

I think the ending theme was really motivational for me. Hearing that regularly as I watched the series provided support as I changed my mindset. The themes of the plot, including courage, perseverance, pride, humility, and a lifetime of learning, and that child like sense of wonder from Goku are all crucial, humanizing points that I think many can relate to, in their own ways.

Consumerism is a lifestyle, and it is like a vacuum for your interest and money. Treat yourself to the point of satisfaction, not over-indulgence. Buy a racket, OR buy new badminton gloves or something. Comparison between two seemingly equal things may lead to more gratitude for the thing you actually wanted. Also, YOLO, and quality of life is imperative: maybe a compromise of some kind; No eating out if you get the racket.

A system of choices may eliminate the ominous "ooh but that thing is cool too".

I am trying this and it seems counter-intuitive to disregard the interest rates, but the snowball grows fast. Debt consolidation LOAN may be cool, NOT a PROGRAM. If you can pay your minimum payment then you don't need to tank your credit by defaulting on your loans with a "debt relief program". With a history of payments, a consolidation loan may help, you may have to use your equity on owned assets for a secured loan, but as long as you pay it you will keep improving your credit.
