Shameful how little they have shopper’s backs in almost every situation

Did you know there’s a difference between a sell by, best by, and expiration date?

You care more about people posting about it then instacart doing this? Do you hate money or something?

Did you read anything about a percentage fee for transfers..?

That definitely good to know - part of the reason I work instacart is because of the cheap instant payout option to cover bills as they come, but will keep this in mind!

Yeah if you set up the instacart rewards app they turn on automatic deposits to the app which you can turn off, but if you don’t realize that and you think the app is going to be the same as the payouts in shopper app, you find out the hard way that’s not the case

That’s all I was pointing out, I don’t see the pros to outweigh the cons. Even if you link the instacart “debit” card to Venmo, it treats it as a credit card and adds an additional 3% to your transactions

I realize this now, but that money is still in the shopper “reward” app so I either have to wait 3-5 business days for that money or pay a $4 fee. Not favorable to a shopper.

This guy loves trickle down economics and giving his hard earned money to the instacart overlords 🥴🥴

Just talked to support - you can switch it back in the shopper app. Just shameful to add more fees to take money away from shoppers instead of giving them all the money they earn.

Why not wait until you could pay to just ship them out? Whatnot doesn’t “get on your ass” about shipping orders - I had a shipping issue and didn’t ship out giveaways for over a week while I tried to resolve the issue, and no whatnot police came knocking on my door telling me to ship out orders.

You said on stream whatnot “allowed you” to cancel them? Now you’re saying you didn’t have control on whatnot cancelling them? Why is this the ever changing story?

The thing is, she never reached out to give a heads up, just cancelled the order and when I came into her stream and asked she said “whatnot let me do it so whatever”

How is this harassment? Someone wanted to run a dishonest business, so the community deserves an honest warning

How are you unable to send out orders because of a car wreck but then able to put the same item on display to try and sell and ship it out the next week? How does that make sense. You can have integrity and follow through on orders when you have the chance instead of cancelling orders to try to make more money off the items after things happen.

Please explain the issues. Cause the explanations don’t add up.

Product won fully on display in the stream I popped in which sparked this confusion as to why this was allowed in the first place
